It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.
While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.

As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.

A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.

Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.

(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

THUS ENDS THE FIVE MINUTE MANAGEMENT COURSE

real-source Team,

law

The 11 Best Foods You Aren’t Eating

The 11 Best Foods You Aren’t Eating

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_6HVcIo0tM8Q/SKZr1g4jLOI/AAAAAAAAAJ0/6ZdEedlwWGs/s400/canning-beets.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5234990183969139938" />
The 11 Best Foods You Aren’t Eating

Maybe you should be eating more beets, left, or chopped cabbage. (Credit: Evan Sung for The New York Times, left
Nutritionist and author Jonny Bowden has created several lists of healthful foods people should be eating but aren’t. But some of his favorites, like purslane, guava and goji berries, aren’t always available at regular grocery stores. I asked Dr. Bowden, author of “The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth,” to update his list with some favorite foods that are easy to find but don’t always find their way into our shopping carts. Here’s his advice.
1. Beets: Think of beets as red spinach, Dr. Bowden said, because they are a rich source of folate as well as natural red pigments that may be cancer fighters.
How to eat: Fresh, raw and grated to make a salad. Heating decreases the antioxidant power.
2. Cabbage: Loaded with nutrients like sulforaphane, a chemical said to boost cancer-fighting enzymes.
How to eat: Asian-style slaw or as a crunchy topping on burgers and sandwiches.
3. Swiss chard: A leafy green vegetable packed with carotenoids that protect aging eyes.
How to eat it: Chop and saute in olive oil.
4. Cinnamon: May help control blood sugar and cholesterol.
How to eat it: Sprinkle on coffee or oatmeal.
5. Pomegranate juice: Appears to lower blood pressure and loaded with antioxidants.
How to eat: Just drink it.
6. Dried plums: Okay, so they are really prunes, but they are packed with antioxidants.
How to eat: Wrapped in prosciutto and baked.
7. Pumpkin seeds: The most nutritious part of the pumpkin and packed with magnesium; high levels of the mineral are associated with lower risk for early death.
How to eat: Roasted as a snack, or sprinkled on salad.
8. Sardines: Dr. Bowden calls them “health food in a can.'’ They are high in omega-3’s, contain virtually no mercury and are loaded with calcium. They also contain iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper and manganese as well as a full complement of B vitamins.
How to eat: Choose sardines packed in olive or sardine oil. Eat plain, mixed with salad, on toast, or mashed with dijon mustard and onions as a spread.
9. Turmeric: The “superstar of spices,'’ it may have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.
How to eat: Mix with scrambled eggs or in any vegetable dish.
10. Frozen blueberries: Even though freezing can degrade some of the nutrients in fruits and vegetables, frozen blueberries are available year-round and don’t spoil; associated with better memory in animal studies.
How to eat: Blended with yogurt or chocolate soy milk and sprinkled with crushed almonds.
11. Canned pumpkin: A low-calorie vegetable that is high in fiber and immune-stimulating vitamin A; fills you up on very few calories.
How to eat: Mix with a little butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.
You can find more details and recipes on the Men’s Health Web site, which published the original version of the list last year.
In my own house, I only have two of these items — pumpkin seeds, which I often roast and put on salads, and frozen blueberries, which I mix with milk, yogurt and other fruits for morning smoothies. How about you? Have any of these foods found their way into your shopping cart?

ThankYou Newyork Times,
real-source Team.
Law

7 reasons the world will end in 2012

Don't know whether its true or not, but just thout of sharing it to you.

7 reasons the world will end in 2012

Scientific experts from around the world are genuinely predicting that five years from now, all life on Earth could well finish. Some are saying it'll be humans that set it off. Others believe that a natural phenomenon will be the cause. And the religious folks are saying it'll be God himself who presses the stop button...

1. Mayan Calendar
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_6HVcIo0tM8Q/SKVq5bKG4_I/AAAAAAAAAJU/XvyLAaTYXRA/s320/8.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5234707676663309298" />

The first mob to predict 2012 as the end of the world were the Mayans, a bloodthirsty race that were good at two things:

Building highly accurate astrological equipment out of stone and
Sacrificing Virgins.

Thousands of years ago they managed to calculate the length of the lunar moon as 329.53020 days, only 34 seconds out. The Mayan calendar predicts that the Earth will end on December 21, 2012. Given that they were pretty close to the mark with the lunar cycle, it's likely they've got the end of the world right as well.

2. Sun Storms

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_6HVcIo0tM8Q/SKVriB0kSRI/AAAAAAAAAJc/Ig6SD65bvRQ/s320/9.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5234708374236711186" />

Solar experts from around the world monitoring the sun have made a startling discovery: our sun is in a bit of strife. The energy output of the sun is, like most things in nature, cyclic, and it's supposed to be in the middle of a period of relative stability. However, recent solar storms have been bombarding the Earth with so much radiation energy, it's been knocking out power grids and destroying satellites. This activity is predicted to get worse, and calculations suggest it'll reach its deadly peak sometime in 2012

3. The Atom Smasher

Scientists in Europe have been building the world's largest particle accelerator. Basically its a 27km tunnel designed to smash atoms together to find out what makes the Universe tick. However, the mega-gadget has caused serious concern, with some scientists suggesting that it's properly even a bad idea to turn it on in the first place. They're predicting all manner of deadly results, including mini black holes. So when this machine is fired up for its first serious experiment in 2012, the world could be crushed into a super-dense blob the size of a basketball.

4. The Bible says...

If having scientists warning us about the end of the world isn't bad enough, religious folks are getting in on the act aswell. Interpretations of the Christian Bible reveal that the date for Armageddon, the final battle between Good an Evil, has been set down for 2012. The I Ching, also known as the Chinese book of Changes, says the same thing, as do various sections of the Hindu teachings.

5. Super Volcano

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_6HVcIo0tM8Q/SKVr_3d_PnI/AAAAAAAAAJk/nQnYbnJ_1v4/s320/10.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5234708886853729906" />

Yellowstone National Park in the United States is famous for its thermal springs and Old Faithful geyser. The reason for this is simple - it's sitting on top of the world's biggest volcano, and geological experts are beginning to get nervous sweats. The Yellowstone volcano has a pattern of erupting every 650,000 years or so, and we're many years overdue for an explosion that will fill the atmosphere with ash, blocking the sun and plunging the Earth into a frozen winter that could last up to 15,000 years. The pressure under the Yellowstone is building steadily, and geologists have set 2012 as a likely date for the big bang.

6. The Physicists

This one's case of bog-simple maths mathematics. Physicists at Berekely Uni have been crunching the numbers. and they've determined that the Earth is well overdue for a major catastrophic event. Even worse, they're claiming their calculations prove, that we're all going to die, very soon - while also saying their prediction comes with a certainty of 99 percent- and 2012 just happens to be the best guess as to when it occurs.

7. Slip-Slop-Slap- BANG!

We all know the Earth is surrounded by a magnetic field that sheilds us from most of the sun's radiation. What you might not know is that the magnetic poles we call north and south have a nasty habit of swapping places every 750,000 years or so - and right now we're about 30,000 years overdue. Scientists have noted that the poles are drifting apart roughly 20-30kms each year, much faster than ever before, which points to a pole-shift being right around the corner. While the pole shift is underway, the magnetic field is disrupted and will eventually disappear, sometimes for up to 100 years. The result is enough UV outdoors to crisp your skin in seconds, killing everything it touches.

Your Wellwishers,

Realsource's Team.
Law.

<img style="float:left; We need to stop everything that can be stopped now".

He accused Russia of a "deliberate policy of ethnic cleansing".

"I can prove it with the international organisations already bringing testimony to what I'm saying," he said at a briefing for foreign media.

Bush earlier re-affirmed that the US remained fully committed to "a sovereign, free Georgia and its territorial integrity".

But aside from the rhetoric, the US has so far sent only humanitarian relief to Georgia.

"Right now, the only people we will have on the ground are those that are required to deliver the human mission. Our priority is to save lives and alleviate suffering," Gates said.

A second C-17 US military cargo plane carrying humanitarian assistance for Georgia arrived in the capital, Tbilisi, on Thursday morning.

But the Russians are suspicious of the cargo and they are upset that Condoleezza Rice, the US secretary of state, is visiting Tbilisi but not Moscow.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_6HVcIo0tM8Q/SKU_UKdV_SI/AAAAAAAAAJM/VANmo5M0B-o/s400/3.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5234659757525433634" />

Concessions

Rice's trip to Tbilisi on Friday, however, appears to be to press Saakashvili to sign a formal EU-brokered ceasefire agreement with some new concessions to Moscow.

The new document would allow Russian peacekeepers who were in the disputed South Ossetia region before the fighting broke out a week ago to stay, and they would now be permitted to patrol in a strip up to 10km outside the area, US officials said.

But that allowance would be temporary, and details were still to be worked out, the officials said.

Nicolas Sarkozy, the French president, who met Rice in Paris for talks on Thursday, said the document was "intended to consolidate the ceasefire".

Sarkozy, who has been leading Western diplomatic efforts to end the conflict between Russia and Georgia over the breakaway provinces of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, said the situation on the ground was "improving".

"If tomorrow, President Saakashvili signs these documents, then the withdrawal of the Russian troops can start," he said.

But Rice said Russian military actions on the ground indicated the country had not respected the truce and urged Moscow to do so.

Double standard

Ivan Safranchuk of the Moscow State Institute for International Relations told Al Jazeera that international powers were leaving themselves open to charges of a double standard.

"It seems that America and Nato can make a humanitarian intervention when they think it is right, but Russia cannot make an intervention when it thinks it is right.

"In Russian eyes the situation already seems like double standards," he said.

Nile Gardiner, a former foreign policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher, the former British prime minister, rejected any comparisons between the US and Russia.

"There's a huge difference between the United States and a dictatorial regime like Russia. After all the Russians have been the aggressors against Georgia."

http://english. aljazeera. net/news/ europe/2008/ 08/2008815012737 3357.html

Thanks To eMail.
By real-source Team.
Law.

AUGEST 15

Carried with care
<img style="float:left; Now lets welcome the Nail watch, that can be worn on the thumb. You may have never seen a watch that can be worn on the thumb but times are going to change thanks to Timex. Timex, in collaboration with Core77, held a global design competition called 2154: the future of time design. So what we are seeing here is the TX54 concept which was a runner up there.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_6HVcIo0tM8Q/SKSCuXtXRbI/AAAAAAAAAHc/5oZ3lqMfuHg/s400/2.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5234452400061236658" />

Thanks to a translucent body, the design blends seamlessly with the nail while a selection of text color options and a glow feature activating on command make it supremely functional as well. Press the end of your thumbnail, and the watch will light up for you. A perfect blend of appearance, user interface, and technology, the nail watch passes most standards of modern design with flying colors thanks to its functional and minimalist appeal. The watch looks stylish and chic and has a touch of Geeky style as well. The downside of this watch is that it is disposable. So with so many stylish watched being available now, it will be hard for it to survive in the market. Though it is quite innovative with a minimalist design, but it won't last long on your finger.

No details about the availability or the price of this watch has been released by Timex. Well here’s some good news: we’ve picked out some hardy varieties that pretty much grow by themselvs, requiring barely any care and nutrition. Infact your biggest problem maybe what to do with all the baby plants they’ll produce. All these plants can be grown in indirect light from a window and won’t with and die even if you forget to water them occasionally. Incidentally, fluorescent tubes are a good source of light for most, so don’t worry if you are unable to provide direct sunlight at regular intervals.

Besides, not only do house plants, liven up your home research suggest that they also help purify the air. NASA scientists have evidence to show how select varieties can control indoor pollution by removing chemical vapours, there by improving the quality of the air you breathe.

1. Some are gifted with naturally beautiful hair while others have to really work hard on it. But essentially everybody has to work on hair either for improving or for maintaining them. Here are some tips to manage your Crowning Glory
First, identify your hair type.
who's normal? Well, if your hair isn't a constant maze of split ends, doesn't become oily quickly and is fairly well behaved, you could say it is normal. Wash your hair twice a week with a mild shampoo and conditioner for normal hair. Towel dry lightly. Blow dry from at least five inches away, whether your hair is normal, dry or oily.
Stress, hormonal activity (puberty, childbirth), thyroid problems and eating too much fatty food and chocolates are what usually cause oily hair. Oily hair needs to be washed more often but don't scrub too hard while washing. It won't get your hair any cleaner or less oilier. What it will do is further aggravate the already overactive sebaceous glands on your scalp, not to mention cause damage to the delicate follicles. And don't pile hair on the head while shampooing, even though it may look great in the ads. It causes tangling, leading to further breakage. You could add lemon to the final rinse for a great shine. If you don't have time to shampoo every few days or feel lazy and leave it oily, your hair won't just look terrible, but dirt will get lodged under its surface causing breakage and damage not to mention dandruff. This will lead to skin problems such as acne on your chest, back and face. So you need to be careful about washing hair regularly, though you could condition it just twice a month. However, if your hair has been chemically treated, you should condition hair after every wash as chemical strips hair of its natural oils.
If your hair is dry, wash it twice a week with a shampoo for dry hair, followed by a conditioner. If your scalp feels very dry and flaky, use an anti-dandruff shampoo. Be very gentle with the ends of the hair, which are the driest parts and tend to split easily. You may be tempted to use styling products to tame the frizz, but avoid it. Frizz is usually caused by the inadequate flow of sebum from the roots, as it is being blocked by the flaky scalp. Give your hair a good oil massage before washing, to loosen the flakes, and rinse hair extra thoroughly
Shampoos
Dry Hair - Egg, Herbal shampoo or any shampoo for dry hair.Normal Hair - For normal hair fruit shampoos or henna shampoo is good.
Oily Hair - Lemon Shampoo
Hair Oil
Oil your hair at least once in a week. If you have dry hair then oil it twice a week. Hair oil gives the necessary moisturizers to your hair. Herbal hair oil provides you the necessary nourishment along with the moisturizers.Hair Conditioners
Henna
Henna conditions and colours your hair.
Dry hair - Add some milk, water and 1-2egg yolks in henna. This mixture will not dry your hair and will make it soft and manageable. Apply it monthly.
Normal to Oily Hair – Add water, lemon, egg yolks in henna. You can apply Henna fortnightly.
Home made conditioners
Add ¼ cup of vinegar in ½ bucket of water. This will give a good shine to your hair. Mix curds and egg yolks together and apply it for 1hour.
Hair TonicsTry tonic Hair Oil’s powder - Put 4 tsp of this powder in water, boil it and after cooling down apply it on hair.
